What data do we collect?

PackedCanvasMedia collects the following data:

• Technical Data  includes mobile device ID, timezone, location, operating system and platform and other technologic details about the devices you use to run the App.
• Profile Data includes your email address, profile picture and name
• Usage Data includes how you interact with our app and website, such as which features you use, which entries you interact with (e.g. bookmarking a location), where the app is used
• Marketing includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties.

How do we collect your data?

• You directly provide data in the event a form is presented, you login through an account, you place an order for a product that may be offered on the app or you contact us directly

• We may also receive your data indirectly through interactions with the app, such as interacting with location entries, booking marking them etc.

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that we can:

• Offer you products that may be of interest, e.g. a related guided tour or exhibition nearby, or a product related to an entry you may have expressed interest in
• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like (you may unsubscribe to these at any time)
