The Ashbourne House Hotel dates back to 1850 where it was once a coach stop. In 1920, the local schoolmaster took it over and lived in the house till the late 1950's. When he passed away, it was sold on to a family who decided to turn it into a small country hotel. From the 1970's through to today, it has gone through the hands of various individuals and families, each adding more and more character to the original house.
The Ashbourne House Hotel is an ideal venue for weddings due to its fantastic location, complemented by its wonderful cuisine, banqueting facilities, mainly “the Bourne Suite” and excellent service. Although our wedding packages are very popular, we can also customize a wedding pack to suit your requirements.
