At Ballybeg we love simplicity and ease. We want your wedding to be a laid back affair so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the place, space and atmosphere. In order to make the most of your time at Ballybeg we have designed a special package that includes a fantastic Wedding Day followed by a uniquely Irish Next Day celebration.
On the evening before the nuptial celebrations, why not settle in to your surroundings at Ballybeg with a get-together of your nearest and the dearest in the front veranda of the house.
For your big day, start with a ceremony of your choosing in the medieval style Ayers room. Its open stonework adorned with ivy, candle chandeliers and roaring turf fires create the perfect ambience for a personal and intimate ceremony.
The next day, you and your guests can enjoy an informal party in your very own Shebeen. Here you will feel that time has stood still…a cosy and welcoming snug full of ambiance and character. Informal food, drink and a good ole’ traditional Irish music session are the perfect ingredients to create a lazy, relaxed party for your friends and family – the ideal way to extend your wedding celebrations.
