Cliff at Lyons is a privately owned luxury hotel in rural Kildare occupying an unusual collection of historic rose-clad buildings, including a mill and former dovecote, in rural Kildare a 30-minute drive from Dublin. The decoration style is traditional country: bay windows that catch the sun, rustic kitchens with a range or Aga ovens, comfortable sitting and drawing rooms framed by roses, lavender and box.
Many of the bedrooms have four-posters, with silk, chintz, wooden panelling, wood floors and soft carpets throughout.
