This gentleman's residence was built in 1728 for the Countess of Antrim. The Georgian part of the house has been well maintained and was given grade 2 listed status in the late 1970's. The gate lodge and gates are also listed.

Hillmount House is located in Drains Bay, near Larne in Co. Antrim. Its rear gardens in lawns sweep down towards the sea. Our renovated Georgian barn with open court yard and upstairs terrace provides the perfect space for your drinks reception while our orangery in the grounds can accommodate up to 140 people for dinner, wedding ceremony or entertaining your guests. The main house with 5 double / twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen / dining room, drawing room, cosy living room and formal dining room is available for exclusive serviced hire for up to 10 people. There is private car-parking on-site.
