The award winning Menlo Park Hotel is a four star, family owned hotel in Galway City. Located just 1.2km from Eyre Square, adjacent to the Wild Atlantic Way and conveniently near the N6, it offers the perfect base for anyone looking to explore Galway and its surroundings as well as corporate travel or guest visiting NUIG or the University Hospital Galway.
The hotel was opened by Paddy Francis and his son John on the 12th of June 1998 and was built on land that the family lived on for many generations. With great history surrounding the area, many of the conference suites are named after local characters. The hotel has grown to a 81 bedroom property over the years with continuous investment into all bedrooms including the newest addition of luxurious deluxe rooms and suites in 2017.
The hotel is always at the hub of the local community and out national and international guests mingle with our local clientele in our busy P. Francis & Son Bar and Bistro, and enjoy wonderful local fresh cuisine in our Oliver & McGlynn restaurant.
