With the organic certified garden central to the business, a horse riding facility began more than 25 years ago and has gradually expanded with small conference facilities, wedding ceremony room, workshop space, a garden pergola and, in 2012, opened the sustainably built 9 bedroom guest house and organic certified restaurant called The Three Towers Eco House & Organic Kitchen. The Three Towers Eco Kitchen is one of only 2 restaurants certified organic in Ireland, and the only one in the West!
Today Slieve Aughty Centre is a family owned eco-friendly equestrian and activity leisure centre set on 17 acres of rugged Galway land. Guests have miles of trails for walking, cycling, horse riding and exploring nature as well as a stunning location for rejuvenation, relaxation and celebration!

Alternative outdoor green weddings in the Mountains of Rural Galway
Celebrate with friends and family surrounded by the beauty of nature, relaxed atmosphere and artistic touches. We specialise in intimate outdoor weddings, providing an alternative setting where only your imagination is the limit.
Have your civil ceremony indoors or out, followed by a relaxed outdoor drinks reception and enjoy a 4-course organic meal in the comfort of The Three Towers Eco House and Organic Kitchen.
We only cater for one to two weddings per week and can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests for your ceremony and meal. Additional guests may be invited to your afters. The venue is exclusively yours with incredible photo opportunities on our 17 acres and in the surrounding landscape. Horses can be a part of your photos or entertainment for kids, and the surrounding 2,000 acres of forestry ensure privacy and peace on your day.
Guests stay in The Three Towers Eco House, Eco Lodges and glamping cabins. The venue can accommodate up to 32 sharing guests. Other accommodation is available within 10 km. Transport can be arranged. Complimentary accommodation is provided for the Bride & Groom in the Bridal Suite with en-suite pebble bath and access to a balcony with views over the hills and fields.
