The Rustic Inn is a family run business, situated along the beautiful banks of the Royal Canal, in the picturesque village of Abbeyshrule, and located 10 kms from Ballymahon.

Step inside and you will experience a beautiful rustic bar, roaring fire, excellent service, the finest food and drink and a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Awarded Longford Gastro pub of the year, the Rustic offers an outstanding food menu in the bar itself or the Cloisters private restaurant which can hold 50 guests. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, beverages and service.
With over 30 year’s experience, the Rustic Inn is the perfect venue for your occasion. We offer a unique experience for all our customers, from themed or specially tailored menus to flexible service timing. We cater for Individual tastes and budgets with several different space options and custom design any event to suit your requirements.

We specialise in Birthdays, Christenings, dinner dances, meetings, weddings and funerals. The Rustic Inn also specialise in external catered occasions and events.
